Second Chance's External Outer Carriers (EOCs) are compatible with many Brands of concealable body armor panels including Second Chance, Armor Express, American Body Armor, Safariland, and many other armor models.
Rugged 1,000-denier Cordura® exterior material for lasting durability
Non-abrasive hexagon Rip-stop nylon interior liner for increased comfort
Internal Grip-Lok shoulder suspension system for support of armor panels
Adjustable shoulder and side closures for secure fit and removability
Internal front and rear tri-pocket for upgrading protection with IMPAC family of armor plates (5 x 8 in., 7 x 9 in. and 10 x 12 in. sizes, sold separately)
Front and rear hook-and-loop area for ID patches
Radio microphone tabs capable of holding microphone headsets

Pockets Include: Large Utility Pouch with internal separators, flashlight/large OC pouch, Double Pistol magazine pouch/Single AR-15 Magazine pouch (interchangeable internal dividers), Radio pouch, and two cuff pouches on the back. We only stock the EOC in BLACK COLOR with STANDARD POCKETS as shown in the pictures, however we can order in Navy, Tactical Green, Khaki, and coyote. If you would like to order in another color, distinguish which color your want in "add a comment to your order" during checkout. The EOC also is also available in Molle and Plain style versions are available as well, please contact us with questions.
*If you would like "Police" identification on the front and back of the vest, the vest must be shipped to an authorized police station/district/or law enforcement location. When checking out, please list in "add a comment about your order" that you want "police" identification along with your badge # and department. This is included in the price for the outer carrier.
