Haven't received the item yet, so impossible to comment credibly. Great price though--10% cheaper than elsewhere.

This plate is lightweight, non-metal, and easy to clean. I also love the contoured design because it fits better lying on the chest. The plate also is rated as level 3A stand alone. You can't beat this armor/trauma plate.
