We can ship to other countries outside of the United States. Please e-mail austin@mypolicestore.com your shipping address so we can calculate shipping costs. We can receive orders through purchase orders WITH PRIOR APPROVAL from My Police Store.com To seek approval, please send an e-mail to austin@mypolicestore.com with more information.  We can create an online account for you where you can order on our website using a purchase order. 

 

Return Policy (No Hassle 60 Day Return Policy)

Returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days after you receive the item to receive the full refund amount.  The item must be in good condition, re-sellable, and with original packaging to receive full refund. You must e-mail austin@mypolicestore.com prior to shipping back item(s) to receive Return Authorization #.  Please send items for return or exchange with a copy of the receipt to:

Shipping Information

In Stock order ship the same day before 2:30pm (Mountain Standard Time). Most orders over $99 qualify for free UPS or US Postal Service Shipping. A Flat rate of only $6.95 is applied to orders under $99.  Most orders arrive within 3 days. Allow 4 to 5 days to receive bulky orders according to the map below (Ex. multiple pair of boots, gear bags, large orders etc...) 2nd Day Air shipping is available and takes 2 Business Days to receive, and is charged a flat rate of $24.95.  We can ship to APO, FPT, and international addresses, please e-mail your full address to calculate shipping. You also have the option of picking up your order at our retail store in Tempe, Arizona.

Q: Do you have to be a Police Officer or Federal Agent to Buy Products from mypolicestore?

A: NO, you do not have to be a Police Officer or Federal Agent to Buy Products from mypolicestore. The general public can purchase most items on the web site. 

A: The only items the general public can not purchase are the following items: Police insignia, shoulder patches, badge patches, or any type of Police Identification. Some ballistic carriers have the option of coming with "Police" or "Sheriff" ID Tags; however the general public can order these carriers without the "Police" or "Sheriff" ID tags. Do not purchase Police Identification if you are not a Police Officer or Federal Agent. 

 

Q: Can the General Public purchase body armor?

A: Yes, law abiding civilians can purchase body armor and any body armor product from mypolicestore. Do not purchase body armor if you are a convicted felon because it is against the law for a felon to possess Body Armor under both federal laws (unless required by your employer, see, Sec. 931) and is also illegal under state law in many states. It is the SOLE responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all transactions conform to U.S. and Federal, State and Local Statutes, Codes, and Ordinances. 

A: Residents of Connecticut are prohibited from buying Body Armor unless the sale is face to face (or unless the buyer is a police officer, Police Department, or military). We cannot ship to residents of Connecticut who are not police or military.

  

Q: Can I Purchase Items Online and Pick them up at the actual store front in Tempe, AZ to avoid shipping costs?

A: Yes, you can order items online and pick them up at our store front, when you check out, check the option for "Universal Police Supply Store Front Pick Up"

 

Q: How long does an item take to receive if the item is "out of stock"?

A: If the item is out of stock, depending on the item, will determine how long it will take you to receive that certain item. If the availability on the product page does not indicate how long an item will take to receive after order date, then send me an e-mail to austin@mypolicestore.com

 

Q: What if I want to order a large order of items and I want a quantity discount

A: Please e-mail me at austin@mypolicestore.com and list how many and of what product you want.

A: On the right side of our website you will find the "login or register" section.  There is a link below that says "forgot your password?” Click on this link.  Or Send me an e-mail with your full name and phone number to austin@mypolicestore.com  If you need to make an urgent order and login information is not working, just register for a new account.  

 

Q: What if I can not find a product that I am looking for Online?

A: Please send me an e-mail at austin@mypolicestore.com and we can special order that item for you because we are a full line authorized dealer for most brands we carry.

 

Q: Do we have an actual retail store?

A: Yes, we do have a retail store in Tempe, Arizona that is open to the public.  We have been in business since 1984.

 

Q: Do you offer gift cards online?

A: Yes, we do offer online gift cards.  You can find them on the left hand side of our website under store navigation.  

 

Q:  Do you charge sales tax?

A:  We only charge sales tax if you live in the State of Arizona.  If you live anywhere else in the United States or internationally, then you will not pay sales tax.  

 

Q: Is My Police Store a Secure Website?

A: Yes, My Police Store takes security very seriously. Every time you send us your credit card number and your billing and shipping information, we use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to prevent the information from being intercepted.  We use Pal Pal's industry leading payment gateway to ensure that no one (not even employees) can see your credit card information.  We currently use Trust Guard security services that verify that we use SSL encryption technology on pages that include personal information that is checked daily.  As well we currently use the industries top grade firewalls and anti-virus protection to ensure even more security and peace of mind.
