Return Policy (No Hassle 30 Day Return Policy)
Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund (minus shipping). The item must be unused, re-sellable, and in its original packaging to receive full refund (minus shipping). In stock orders ship within 2-3 business days. Most orders over $99 qualify for free UPS or US Postal Service Shipping. A flat rate of only $6.95 is applied to orders under $99. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days of shipping. Allow 4 to 5 business days to receive bulky orders according to the map below (Ex. multiple pair of boots, gear bags, large orders etc.). 2nd Day Air shipping is available and takes 2 Business Days to receive, and is charged a flat rate of $24.95. We can ship to APO, FPT, and international addresses. Please e-mail your full address to calculate shipping. You also have the option of picking up your order at our retail store in Tempe, Arizona.

A: It is not required to be a Police Officer or Federal Agent to buy products from mypolicestore. The general public can purchase most items on the web site.
A: The following items are not available to the general public: police insignia, shoulder patches, badge patches, or any type of police identifier. Ballistic carriers usually include a police identifier. However, the carriers can be ordered without the identifier, which are availble to the public.
Q: Can the general public purchase body armor?
A: Law abiding civilians can purchase body armor and any body armor product from mypolicestore. Do not purchase body armor if you are a convicted felon. It is against the law for a felon to possess body armor under both federal laws (unless required by your employer, see, Sec. 931) and is also illegal under state law in many states. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all transactions conform to U.S. and Federal, State and Local Statutes, Codes, and Ordinances.
A: Residents of Connecticut are prohibited from buying Body Armor unless the sale is face to face (or unless the buyer is a police officer, Police Department, or military). We cannot ship to residents of Connecticut who are not police or military.
